Not what you wanted? Returns are cool with us so long as all products are unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging sent to you within thirty (30) days of receiving the merchandise. FYI, we verify merchandise delivery with the shipping/tracking number. Return Shipping Cost: Here is the straight skinny as to why we do not pay for shipping on returns or warranty claims: return shipping cost coin; coin that we would have to accrue through higher cost goods. By allocating return costs to those who actually send their stuff back we can keep our prices low for the rest of the world.
